CrossFit Class will challenge you in everything from gymnastics to Olympic lifting and everything in between. Everyone and anyone can attend, all classes are scalable for any level of athlete. Classes are always lead by a certified CrossFit coach and classes will range from 4-24 athletes.

Personal training and personal programming can be a great way to personalize your fitness plan.  If your schedule is not allowing you to attend regular CrossFit class or you want to spend extra time on some weakness you may have, personal training may be a great option for you.

Do I need to be in shape before starting CrossFit?

-NO-  All abilities and experience are welcomed.  Each and every workout can be scaled to any level of athletic ability and experience.  Each class goes over detailed teaching of lifts and movements to safely educate athletes how to make modifications in class to ensure proper stimulus and intensity.

Is CrossFit really a Cult?

-NO- But If getting in shape and changing the way you view health and fitness and making some amazing friendships along the way is a cult…. then maybe! CrossFit is an all encompassing fitness methodology that builds well rounded and balanced athletes in all fitness domains. In the process of accomplishing improved health and fitness development, deep friendships are made that last for a lifetime.

Can you get hurt doing CrossFit?

-Yes- But you also can get hurt walking to your mailbox. Here at CrossFit City of Lakes we work constantly to educate and safely teach our athletes how to execute all movements and lifts completed in the gym. Along with this we work tirelessly to develop well rounded and well thought out programming for our athletes. This programing also works to include stretching, mobilizing and designed recovery to allow for all athletes to reach and achieve their fitness goals.
